The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to promote next month's heavyweight fight.
Former two-time unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to damage his features and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou turned down a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he showed up," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Serious Opponent
Despite saying he intends to damage his opponent, Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since turning professional.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Commercial Attraction
However, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, regularly earning massive earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the traditional stare-down, with their physical disparity clearly visible, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is actually proceeding.
